Week 1 Day 2 Work Out Summary

Felt pretty good today. A little sore but it's all above my knees so I'm happy with that. According to the application I covered 3.20 KM (1.9 miles) at a pace of 9:23 per KM.

Week 1 Day 1 Workout Summary

They say that a journey of 1000 miles begins with one step. Well today I took that first step! I completed Week 1, Day 1 workout traveling 3.16 KM (1.9 miles) at an average pace of 9:28 per KM. I'm not concerned at all with the pace at this time but figured I'd post it because it's one of the stats the application provides.
